This will most likely be my last year offering a senior rep program, but I have to say I have had some really fun and photogenic reps this year.  And when Meg requested Fort Popham as her final location, I was super excited.  i love shooting there….such an amazing place for some gorgeous late afternoon light:)

Megan, thanks for rocking yet another session! There is no doubt in my mind that you will rock your senior year as well:)

Just a few weeks ago I spent some time photographing Bethany and Shawn’s engagement session. Well, they had so much fun that Bethany’s sweet daughter, Ashley, was soon scheduling her senior session with me.  We had so much fun exploring some awesome locations at her school’s campus. This girl is definitely high up on the list of dream seniors as she had no problem “borrowing” a great old bike and scaling the fence surrounding the turf field just so we could get the shots we wanted:)

Ashley, i hope you love these as much as I do!  Thanks for being so much fun and I wish you the best of luck your senior year as well as next year at Dickinson:)

The last few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind with summer winding down and a handful of sessions thrown into the mix.  I can honestly say that while my schedule looks crazier than ever, that I actually have a bit more time in my day for the behind-the-scenes-stuff of my business…thanks to my kindergartner  making her way to school for a full day this year:)  Yeah, I am so not the teary-eyed momma that can’t believe how fast her kids are growing.  Don’t get me wrong, I love my kiddoes to pieces but the thought of a few hours in my day to get things done…well, I may or may not have broken into a 30 second running man celebration;)

The kids were lucky enough to spend their last couple weeks of summer with daddy home, and our sweet little niece really enjoyed a couple hours with her uncle. The greatest thing about having the hubs tag along for Nina’s nine month session is the simple fact that Nina loooooves animal noises. Goats are her favorite. And Uncle Artie make THE BEST goat noises.  Nina gave us the best toothy grin to prove it!

It had only been a little over a month since I had last seen Nina, and I could not believe the changes in such a short period of time.  She is sitting without assistance, pulling herself up and crawling!  Her momma thought these next three would look great in sequence.  I have to agree:)

Now in planning for this session, I knew I wanted to take this little princess to the beach.  With mom and dad both being lifeguards, the beach is in her blood. Perhaps even more so than is good for her.  She is certainly quite the sand-eater.

Miss Nina was getting a bit sleepy on our way back to the car, but stuck it out for one last quick location. Man, I love this kid and am so blessed to be her auntie<3
