Ashley- Gardiner Senior 2011
August 31, 2010All of my senior reps get two sessions with me. One early in the season to be used for their promotional materials, and then another closer to fall. This year, I worked with three reps. Two boys. One girl. To be completely honest, I was a little scared of the boys. See, I’m a girl. Girls are easier, right? That’s what I thought, and then the boys this year were so easy going and photogenic. And it’s not that Ashley is not gorgeous and photogenic as well (see here for her first session), but I wanted to be sure she was 100% happy with her senior photos. It doesn’t matter that I loved so many shots from her first session. She needs to love her pictures too.
So here I was for Ashley’s 2nd session with just one purpose. Make Ashley happy. So, to be extra sure that great natural smile came out, I brought out the big guns: my 4-year-old son, who is nothing short of hilarious. With my personal arsenal of silliness, a beautiful afternoon and Ashley’s chosen location of Vaughn Woods in Hallowell I was determined to capture Ash’s true personality. We talked a little about everything as we walked down the natural path toward little stone bridges and mini waterfalls, and it was obvious that Ashley is a girl who knows exactly what she wants from life.
This upfront attitude could be mistaken for a girl who is a bit high maintenance, but in all actuality Ashley is actually quite laid back (or just chill as Ash would say). She knows where she is going and how she is going to get there, and no matter what she will still look cute doing it.
She is confident, kind and has some gorgeous eyes.
Ashley, I hope you love these more than your first session. No matter what you are simply beautiful both inside and out, and there is no doubt in my mind that the confidence you have in yourself will lead to an amazing senior year and even more amazingness in years to come.
